Silver Belle is gray and white but appears blue and white. Of all the colors displayed by Gypsy Horses, hers is one of the rarer ones. Belle was imported by Black Forest Shires & Gypsy Horses, which still classifies her as one of the top ten Gypsy Horses in the U.S. on its web site. In our opinion, Belle epitomizes what a Gypsy Horse should look like. Her conformation is near perfect and displays the refinement so sought after in the breed. From her dainty head to her profuse feathering, she is the pride and joy of her breeder, Shane Lee of England, and she seems to be passing her quality on to her offspring. To date, she has had three wonderful foals: SFG Storm King, who now lives in California with Gail DeMarco and herds cattle, SFG Silver Phanton, whom we have retained, and her newest, whom we call Talat.
